1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DKautin India ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and registered users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your mobile number, name, and GST number — is accurate and up to date.

3. Account & Authentication

• Accounts are created via mobile OTP (One-Time Password) using an Indian phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@dkautinindia.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• DKautin India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• DKautin India reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch.
• There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) unless specified on a product listing.
• Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.

5. GST & Invoicing

A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order. The applicable GST rate is determined by the product's HSN code. You are responsible for ensuring your GST number (if provided) is accurate for ITC claims. DKautin India is not liable for incorrect GST claims arising from inaccurate buyer information.

6. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
• COD orders above ₹5,000 may require advance payment or verification.
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed. No amount will be deducted; if deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across 26,000+ PIN codes in India. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. DKautin India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Resell products on behalf of a third party without disclosure
• Submit fraudulent orders, false returns, or chargebacks
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform content without permission
• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, product images, text, and software — is the property of DKautin India or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

DKautin India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS or email.
