1. Shipping Coverage
Dkautin India provides shipping services to over 26,000 PIN codes across India. We cover major metropolitan areas, tier-2/3 cities, and regional zones. Currently, we do not support international shipping.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines
We process and dispatch all wholesale orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the net weight of the order and the delivery destination.
- Orders above Rs. 999: Free standard shipping across India.
- Orders below Rs. 999: A flat delivery charge of Rs. 49 is added during checkout.
- Heavy Weight Shipments (over 20kg): Special freight shipping rates may apply. Please contact our support team before ordering.
4. Courier Partners
To ensure safe and prompt delivery of your items, we partner with reliable national courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, ExpressBees, Xpressbees, and India Post.
5. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues & Damages
If your package looks open, tampered with, or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it from the courier agent. Record a video of the package and immediately raise a ticket on our Contact Page or email us at dkautinindia@gmail.com.
