Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy starting from the day your order is marked as delivered by our courier partner. Return requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be eligible.

2. Eligible Reasons for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective / Damaged Products: If the product is physically broken or does not function as described.
• Incorrect Item Delivered: If the style, size, color, or model differs from what was ordered.
• Missing Quantities: If parts of your bulk shipment are missing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are not eligible for returns:

• Products showing signs of use, wash, modification, or wear and tear.
• Items with missing original tags, packaging boxes, manual books, or stickers.
• Personal care or cosmetic items due to hygiene reasons.
• Products purchased during special flash sales or clearance deals marked as non-returnable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return or exchange request, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer care team via the Contact Us Page or email dkautinindia@gmail.com.
2. Provide your Order ID, Name, Phone Number, and details about the issue.
3. Attach clear pictures or a short video demonstrating the damage, defect, or wrong item.
4. Our verification team will review the request and approve it within 24-48 hours.

5. Reverse Logistics and Pickups

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your original delivery address free of charge. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all tags and booklets.

6. Refund Process

After the return package is delivered to our quality inspection facility:

• We inspect the items to verify the reported issue (usually takes 48 hours).
• Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original bank account (for card/UPI orders) or as direct bank transfers (for COD orders).
• Refunds take approximately 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
